Ed Houy has an out of this world experience.  On one of his walks in the Texas hills he meets up with humans that live on a different planet.  Having an opportunity to travel with them to their home, Titan, he takes it.

Jed discovers more than observation is necessary.  Reorganization of the government comes into play along with an attraction to the Mayor's daughter.  After completion of the mission, Jed has to make the decision to report back to his home base or stay on N'ars.
